1:1 coaching

The Expansion Formula

How much does personal brand coaching with Nuria cost?

The Expansion Formula is $3,000 for 12 weeks of 1:1 work, or three payments of $1,050. That includes weekly 1:1 sessions, reviews of your real content, support between sessions and 30 days of accountability afterwards. If you want a smaller first step, The Story That Sells You workshop is $97.

Who is the Expansion Formula for?

Service-based founders whose expertise is the product: coaches, consultants, fractional executives and advisors who already have clients and results, but whose positioning doesn't show it yet. It isn't for people starting from scratch, or anyone looking for a template to copy someone else's voice.

What happens after I apply to work with you?

You book a short call with me. We talk about your business and where you're getting stuck, and see if it's the right fit before anything moves forward. No pressure and no obligation.

Do I need to prepare anything before we start?

Just yourself. There's no deck to prepare or brand brief to fill out ahead of time. We build your positioning, offer and content system together, starting from your own experience and stories. Come as you are and we'll do the digging in our sessions.

What if I hate self-promotion or freeze up on camera?

That's exactly who this is for. We go straight at the part that makes self-promotion feel like a costume: the belief that what you know isn't worth sharing. That's what actually unsticks you, not another framework or template.

Personal brand

Showing up online

Do I need a big following to build a personal brand?

No. Most people I work with are already good at what they do. The block usually isn't a lack of ideas or experience. It's translating what's in your head into something that actually sounds like you. We build from what you already have.

What should I post as a founder if I don't know what to say?

Start with what you already say out loud. The questions clients ask you, the opinions you share on calls, the small moments from your week that made you think. You don't need a new idea every day. You need your important ideas said more than one way, with a story behind them.

How do I make AI-written content sound like me?

Use AI to structure, not to think for you. If the result could have been written by anyone in your industry, it's missing the part only you can add: your stories, your opinions, the way you actually talk. We build that raw material first, so whatever tool you use has something real to work with.

How long does it take to build a personal brand?

Longer than one post and shorter than you think. People usually need to see you several times before they trust you, so showing up consistently matters more than any single piece. Most clients notice small shifts early: posting something they would have deleted before, or a conversation that started from their content. Those small shifts are the proof.

Do I need to become a content creator to be visible?

No. You need a way to make your thinking visible that fits you. For some people that's LinkedIn posts, for others it's a newsletter, events, or conversations that turn into content. We find the format you'll actually keep doing.

Is personal branding worth it for a service-based business?

When your service depends on you, people are buying you as much as the service. If your content only describes what you do, you look replaceable and end up competing on price. Showing how you think and who you are is what makes the right people choose you.
